The April Athlete of the Month selection was an easy one. Eugene Kalasnikovs is fairly new to CrossFit but you’d never know it by the effort he puts in on a consistent basis. Whether it’s working on his double unders before AND after every class or never being intimidated to Rx a workout, he is everything, we as coaches desire in all of our athletes. Be sure to congratulate Eugene!!!

How have you achieved your goals or improved your fitness? Getting there – feel much-much better. Found new movements for my self. There is a lot of muscles that I didn’t use before…:)
Has CrossFit affected your life outside the Gym? It helps me feel better and less stressful after office job and not enough activities during the day.
What is your favorite part about being an athlete at Great Woods CrossFit? To be a part of friendliest team and follow professional coaches! Very good motivation from the coaches, so Iwant to push my self harder and harder…
What advice would you give to a newbie just joining Great Woods CrossFit? I would like to hear more information/events about diet/food (like 2017 Lurong Living Summertime Challenge) and body/muscle work from the professionals (not just from web).
Something you may not know about me? Truly enjoy to be part of Great Woods CrossFit! Thank you for your awesome job! Wish I could come more often (working on it). 🙂
